I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a couple of blocks from Times Square with easy access to food options, which I really appreciated. However, the service could really use some improvement, as some staff members were quite rude. The rooms were clean but a bit on the small side. Overall, it offers good value for the location, but the service left a lot to be desired.
